Sales Tax
South Carolina residents will be charged 7% sales tax on merchandise total.
Return Policy
We offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteeon all of our products. Therefore, you may return any items that are in resaleable* condition, within 30 days for exchange or refund for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Exchanges must be accompanied by your sales receipt or order number and $5.00 for return shipping. A convenient return shipping label and exchange form will be included with each order you receive from us. You may also return your purchase, along with your receipt, to either of our two locations (364 College Avenue or 1102 Tiger Boulevard) in Clemson, South Carolina. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
*Resaleable condition means the item(s) has not been worn, washed, or used, is in the original packaging, and has the original tag attached.

Delivery Information
Most in-stock orders will be shipped within five to seven business days upon receipt of your order. In addition, please allow one-six shipping days (depending on your location) for ground USPS or ground FedEx delivery. You will be notified within 1-14 days of any backordered merchandise. Diploma frames may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery, as they may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
