MANAGEMENT
Assistant Store Manager
Summary
The Assistant Store Manager supports daily store operations, leading the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals. This role manages merchandising, ensures inventory accuracy, and assists with training, scheduling, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the sales team to meet customer service and sales standards.
Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and stock levels.
Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and deposits.
Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring compliance with store policies.
Train, coach, and delegate tasks to team members.
Support event preparation and seasonal merchandising changes.
Communicate operational needs, inventory concerns, and customer requests to management.
Assist with product receiving and inventory management.
Resolve customer and team issues in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
At least 1 year of retail management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in basic computer use; POS experience preferred.
Dependable, organized, and customer-focused.
Schedule
Full-time (34–50 hours/week).
Must be available 8:00 AM–9:00 PM, Monday–Sunday, including Clemson home football weekends.
Some overtime required (paid at time and a half).

SALES ASSOCIATE
Part-Time + Full-Time Sales Associate
Summary
The Retail Sales Associate provides outstanding customer service, assists shoppers in finding products, processes sales, and maintains a clean, organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, offering product information and recommendations.
Maintain knowledge of merchandise, promotions, and store policies.
Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges.
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
Keep sales floor, checkout area, and stockroom clean and organized.
Restock merchandise and maintain tidy displays.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management.
Support store operations during Clemson home football game weekends.
Qualifications
Basic sales and customer service knowledge.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused, team-oriented, and dependable.
Prior retail experience preferred.
Familiarity with Clemson sports and fan culture a plus.
Schedule
Part-Time (20-24 hrs per week) and Full-time (34+ hours per week) position.
Must be available for all Clemson home football game days.
WAREHOUSE + RECEIVING
Part-Time + Full-Time Receiving Associate
Summary
The Full-Time Receiving Associate works closely with the Receiving Manager to process incoming merchandise, ensuring timely and accurate receipt, storage, and delivery. This position plays a key role in maintaining efficient inventory flow and organized stock areas, supporting retail operations daily.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and inspect shipments.
Unpack, label, and store merchandise properly.
Maintain inventory records and support physical and cycle counts.
Keep receiving and warehouse areas clean, safe, and organized.
Deliver merchandise to other store locations using company vehicles.
Assist in stockroom and sales floor operations when needed.
Operate and maintain receiving equipment.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years of age.
Detail-oriented; basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
Availability 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Sunday.
Must be available for all Clemson home football game days.
Part-Time + Full-Time Stocking Specialist
Summary
The Stocking Specialist maintains an organized stockroom and ensures the sales floor is consistently stocked, clean, and ready for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Stock new merchandise within 24 hours of receipt.
Organize stockroom by product type, ensuring items are accessible and safely stored.
Keep all merchandise “floor ready” (tagged, priced, folded, or hung).
Replenish the sales floor daily and communicate low inventory to management.
Maintain clear aisles, organized storage areas, and clean workspaces.
Support inventory control by prioritizing high-demand items.
Suggest improvements for stockroom organization and efficiency.
Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old.
Strong organization and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
Basic computer knowledge helpful.
Schedule
Full-time (34+ hours per week) or Part-time (20-24 hours per week).
Must be available 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Saturday.
