Shipping Rates + Options

At The Tiger Sports Shop, we strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below are our shipping options and in-store pick-up details to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Flat Rate Shipping (3-7 business days) – $6.99

Orders will ship from our warehouse to arrive within 3-7 business days of shipment.

For delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow 10-15 days for delivery.

For delivery to US Territories and APO/FPO addresses, allow three weeks for delivery.


Standard Ground Shipping (2-4 business days) – $11.99

Faster: 2nd Day Express Shipping (2 business days) – $15.99

Fastest: Next-Day Express Shipping (1 business day) – $29.99

In-Store Pick-Up – FREE

**Special "hot market" and event items, such as National Championship, Conference Tournament and Bowl Game items may take longer depending on current availability as items arrive from the vendor(s).  Special event items are
produced by manufacturers only after the outcome of a game or event. These are often advanced sale items and will ship once they are received.

Additional Shipping Considerations

Shipping rates apply to the continental U.S. only. Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO addresses. If additional costs are required, our team will contact you for confirmation of any added cost.

Oversized, heavy, or fragile items may require alternative shipping methods. If your selected option isn't suitable, we will adjust your shipping method to Ground Shipping if it ensures faster or more cost-effective delivery or notify you if additional shipping fees apply.

Orders placed before 1 PM EST will be shipped on the same day.

Express orders containing back-ordered items will have in-stock items shipped immediately, with the back-ordered items sent via Standard Ground once available.

Orders over $400 require an adult signature upon delivery for security purposes.

Please Note: If you place an order with us and do not provide your correct e-mail address and telephone number, we cannot guarantee full customer service should we need to contact you about your order.


In-Store Pick Up Instructions

Traveling to Clemson? We realize you have people to see and Tiger things to do. Let us help! Pick up your online purchase at our Tiger Blvd location. When placing your order, choose In-Store Pick Up as the shipping option. There is no shipping charge for this option.

Here's how it works:

 1. Shop online and choose the In-Store Pick Up shipping option when placing an order at tigersports.com. In-Store Pick Up is available at our Tiger Blvd location during normal store hours.

2. You will receive an email noting shipping confirmation.  This just means the items have been confirmed and are available.  Please wait for a text or phone call confirming your order is ready to pick up at the selected location.

3. Most items available at our stores will be ready within 24 hours if your order is placed before 6 pm EST. Often our inventory is spread among our 2 Clemson locations and if all items are not immediately available at the Tiger Blvd location, there may be a delay in processing and completing the order. We apologize for the inconvenience. We do make several runs daily between locations and we will do our best to fulfill the order in a timely manner.

4. Drive to our 1102 Tiger Blvd location and go to our checkout counter to pick up your order. Bring a photo ID or your confirmation email to the in-store pick-up area.

5. Please call 864.654.1719 if you have any questions.

 **All In Store Pick Up orders must be picked up within 7 days. After 7 days, orders will be canceled and refunded.

 

Cancelling Orders

Our order fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way to our customers as quickly and efficiently as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change or cancel it.
