Regular price items in original condition with original tags attached may be returned within 30 days with proof of purchase by mail or in-person to any store location. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment to the original purchaser. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges. We will provide a return label via UPS. For use of the label, we will deduct $8.50 from the credit you will be receiving to cover return shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part or a merchandise defect, we will cover this charge. When filling out the RMA Request Form, please include as many details as possible about why you are returning the item so we can assist you as quickly as possible. For exchanges, please order your replacement items on our website. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed.
